Learning Log 6
I have learnt more different literary devices. Some of these literary devices such as imagery and figurative language and sound devices were already learnt in Secondary one. It reminds me of how we had to memorise every devices for the particular test. There are also a few tougher ones that I just learnt such as oxymoron and rheotorical question. By learning these literary devices, it also helps us to understand the overall meaning of the text better. We can also find out what the writer is trying to convey to the readers. It helps us to answer well too.
